Matt has been in real estate since 2009. Before transitioning into leadership at Keller Williams, Matt sold homes full-time for 5 years and was consistently one of the top-producing brokers in the Denver/Metro area. He believes it is a privilege to show up to work each day with the task of helping grow, train, and coach our existing agents into their next level of achievement, as well as search for and build relationships with talented brokers outside of our company who he knows can improve their lives and businesses through the models and systems of KW.

Lindsey Kellim

Market Center Administrator | Finance & Operations





Lindsey has been an active agent with Keller Williams Realty Success for just over 2 years. When the vital MCA role became available within the organization, she quickly realized it was a great fit for her. Lindsey brings a background in customer service to the MCA position and strives to provide the level of service that she herself would expect as an agent. Lindsey is passionate about sharing the tools and opportunities within Keller Williams that help our agents help themselves, and she contributes to the welcoming, supportive and fun environment that agents love about our market center.

Jamie Slough

VP | Assistant Team Leader



Jamie's background includes degrees in Journalism and Design and a Masters in Business Administration. With 10+ years in marketing, Jamie broke into the real estate industry as the Marketing Director of Kentwood Real Estate for 4 years before getting her license to gain first hand experience to better support the agents she works with. After selling for a year, Jamie moved to Keller Williams to pursue the Assistant Team Leadership position.

Matt has been with Keller Williams since the beginning of his real estate career in 2004. In addition to his role as coach and trainer here, he is an investor in a Keller Williams office in Gig Harbor, WA, where he spent nearly 10 years of his career. Holly Baxter


Director of Communication



Holly moved to Colorado in 2015 from Georgia with her family. Prior to working at Keller Williams, Holly's background includes accounting, bookkeeping and office management. Her passion is helping people and problem solving to find creative solutions. In her spare time she loves to make jewelry and paint.

Beth Schneider

Director of Compliance



Beth joined the KWRS family as a new agent in 2010 and instantly loved the fantastic training and culture of the office. Her passion for the industry and dedication to helping other agents led her to the job of the compliance officer in 2015. She is a resource for all agents and helps them keep on top of documentation and get paid at the closing table.

Marie Warman

Director of Marketing and Technology



Marie partners with Marketplace Home Mortgage to provide Keller Williams Realty Success agents with marketing and technology support, and to ensure that all agents know about and utilize the amazing programs and features within the Keller Williams systems. With a background in real estate, Marie understands how to effectively market and grow one's business, and loves helping agents reach their full potential with the tools they have at their disposal.
